David Vermeesch started out in 1997 at Colliers Auguste-Thouard, as Head of Letting & Sales. In 2001, he joined CBRE, where he held the same role. From 2010 to 2013, he worked as Sales Director for the BNP Paribas Real Estate account. With a degree in German, David Vermeesch also has a ‘licence spéciale’ (certificate) in Finance from ICHEC (Brussels Management School). He is also accredited by IPI (Belgian Professional Institute of Estate Agents) and RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

Before establishing BelSquare, Charles Lasserre was an Associate Partner at CBRE (2005 to 2013). He has a degree in Business and Financial Sciences from ICHEC (Brussels Management School) and is accredited by IPI (Belgian Professional Institute of Estate Agents). 

After being a pillar of JLL for more than 22 years, Erik Verbruggen has joined BelSquare to run the Letting & Sales department. Thus, he applies his experience and network to ensure the continued growth of the department. He is also helping to develop synergies between different departments.

A graduate in economics from KUL, Erik began his career in 1999 at JLL as Key Account Manager. In 2007, he was managing the Office Agency department for the whole of Belgium.

Brixius Kell is responsible for the development of the Capital Markets department at BelSquare.

Brixius holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in notarial law and taxation from the University of Brussels.

Until recently, Brixius Kell was a Partner within EY’s International Tax & Transactions Services (ITTS) team, where he specialized in Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction (RHC). Brixius has more than 20 years of experience in advising on real estate transactions, due diligence of real estate companies and the structuring and financial and tax optimization of real estate investments.

Brixius started his career at a notary’s office and PwC before joining EY in 2002. From 2006 to 2011, he was a Partner of the Capital Markets team at Cushman.

The BelSquare Valuations department is led by Ellen Keysers, who started her real estate career in Spain.

Prior to joining BelSquare, she worked as valuer-advisor at Stadim and 8 years as Head of Valuation at ADM Group (Antwerp). In 2021 she became the first female member in Belgium of TEGOVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations) where she obtained her recognition as REV (Recognised European Valuer).

She also completed her studies of judicial expert and expertise techniques at the University of Gent.

Charlotte is a licensed architect and studied at the UCL and the University of Venice. She worked for an office in Antwerp that designed shops, but was then recruited by Archi 2000 to mainly follow up private projects. Seduced by a more commercial activity, Charlotte followed a postgraduate degree in economics and management at the KUL. She then worked for Mitiska REIM and for Eaglestone as a Project Manager.

Since September 2021, Charlotte leads the Design & Build department of BelSquare, which will mainly focus on the design and furnishing of office, retail and residential spaces and on the sale of furniture.

Since August 2019, Ludivine is the Marketing & Communication Manager at BelSquare. After obtaining a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management at ICHEC, she started her professional career at Bank Degroof where she worked for nearly 10 years in the Marketing and Communication department. She then worked as an independent for an ESN communication agency and changes course after that. She goes on missions for Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis and AP Insurance.
 
Her expertise covers most areas of the markcom 360 ° (branding, multichannel communication, campaigns, events, etc.).
 
Ludivine then started working in the real estate sector through the property developer Eaglestone where she worked as the Head of Marketing & Communication.

Elodie de Beys has joined BelSquare as Senior Retail Consultant.

Elodie studied marketing and communication and has already acquired substantial experience in such national and international companies as CBRE, Retail Partners where she advised numerous investors and occupants in their commercial real estate transactions.

Thanks to her knowledge of the retail sector, BelSquare is expanding its service offering.

After graduating with a Master’s in Project Management in Russia, Olesya spent a year studying in Belgium, to specialise in Business and International Management.  

BelSquare places great emphasis on research and market analysis and property trends. With her experience in several sectors and different countries, Olesya is a real asset to the Research & Market Analysis department.

Maxime graduated from ICHEC as a Commercial Engineer in 2016. After a first experience in the family business, he decided to head in to  the real estate sector. In 2018, he joined the Letting & Sales department of BelSquare for the Brussels market.

Together with Els Verwimp and Maxime le Hardy, Arnaud will focus on the Brussels’ office market.
Arnaud holds a bachelor's degree from EPHEC Management School and a master in Interior Design. Having a passion for real estate, Arnaud obtained with success its real estate broker license (IPI/BIV).
Previously, Arnaud has been active as a broker in different real estate agencies.
 

Sophie holds a Bachelor’s in management and a Master’s in international management from ICHEC.  
After some initial experience as a consultant in the tax department at PwC, Sophie entered the property sector at Trevi Corporate.

Sophie went on to join BelSquare as a consultant, to strengthen the Letting & Sales department.

Robin obtained a bachelor's degree in real estate from the AP Hogeschool Antwerp in 2018 and is also acrredited by IPI (Belgian Professional Institute of Estate Agents) since 2019.

During his studies he did an internship at Ceusters and then worked as a real estate agent in the office market for EPMC.

Robin will now use his experience to strengthen the BelSquare team working as a consultant to the Letting & Sales department for Antwerp.

Korneel obtained a bachelor's degree in communication management at Artevelde University College Ghent in 2015, after the he also completed a master's degree in communication sciences at the University of Ghent. He graduated in 2018 ans went to work as a Property Consultant at Office des Propriétaires (OP).

After 3 years of experience in residential real estate, he made the switch to the commercial real estate market. Since 2021, Korneel has been strenghthening the BelSquare team as a Letting & Sales consultant for East & West Flanders.

After a degree in real estate management at the University of Greenwich, Dion specialised in the European real estate investment sector. After his studies, he held various trainee positions in the field of management consulting, both in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Prior to joining the Capital Markets team at BelSquare, he worked at Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors in Amsterdam.

Jens obtained his professional bachelor's degree in Real Estate at the AP Hogeschool Mechelen in 2013.

He worked for 7 years for De Boer & Partners real estate groupe as a BIV-approved broker. After that he started workgin as a VLABEL-approved real estate expert at ADM Group.

Jens will now strengthen the BelSquare team for the Valuations department.

Steven obtained his professional bachelor's degree in Real Estate at the AP Hogeschool in Antwerp in 2014.

He worked from 2015 to 2020 as valuer-advisor for Gudrun Xpert and after that as valuer-advisor for ADM Group (Antwerp). Steven will now use his experience to strenghten the BelSquare team working to the Valuation department (Antwerp).

After a Bachelor’s in marketing at the International University College of Louvain, Roxane began working in the property sector. In 2013, she became a consultant with Ceusters, where she stayed for more than six years.

At BelSquare, Roxane has joined the team of experts in the Valuation department and is taking part in its development on the Flemish market.

Peter de Groot has over 30 years of experience in commercial property valuation, and was  Partner and Head of Valuation Services at CBRE.

He graduated as an architect and is a RICS Registered Valuer. In addition to his advisory role at BelSquare, Peter sits on the Board of Directors of two real estate companies and participates in a non-profit organization promoting social & sustainable urban planning and development.  

Britt is the Junior Valuations for the BelSquare Valuations department.

She has a bachelor's degree in Marketing and a master's degree in Communication Sciences.

She recently rediscovered her passion for real estate when working at ADM Group (Antwerp).

She followed a 2-year training in interior stylist.

Gregory initially applied to read Architecture at La Cambre in Brussels. He then specialised in interior design, obtaining a Bachelor’s at the Académie Supérieur des Beaux-Arts.

Since 2009, he has gained a wealth of experience in various architectural firms including Assar Architects and B2Ai. He joined the Design & Build team as Design Project Manager to share the expertise he has gained in recent years.

Claire studied interior design at the École Supérieure des Arts Saint-Luc in Liège and has held various roles with different architectural firms and general contractors.

It is as an interior designer that Claire joined BelSquare. Thanks to her passion and expertise, she provides high-quality assistance to the Design & Build team.

After a Bachelor’s in communication, Pauline obtained a Master’s in advertising and commercial communications at IHECS. She then specialised in Business Data Analysis for a year. At the same time, she worked for Nodalview as a growth marketeer.

After different experiences in community management, she came on board to strengthen BelSquare’s Marketing team as Marketing & Communication Assistant.

She started as an Executive Secretary for the Belgian Chamber of Commerce in South Africa.

Colette has more than 30 years of experience in telemarketing and she was previously Head of Prospection at CBRE.

Sandrine Verhoustraeten started her career at Breitling as Customer Manager. Those 10 years of experience have allowed her to acquire assertiveness, patience and pro activity.

Her career then continued in the medical sector at Pharmexx, where she was able to perform her organizational skills as well as listening and team management.

Sandrine then joined the real estate business with the A2M Architecture Office where she was Administration & Financial Manager.

Today, her sense of service and her great ability to target the needs of his interlocutors serve to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Anne-Sophie studied international marketing at EPHEC. She has extensive experience as a project manager in several marketing companies and also launched her own Belgian bakery in the United States before joining BelSquare.

During those 20 years of experience, she developed a keen sense of organisation and an ability to adapt that allowed her to juggle various projects. As Office Manager, Anne-Sophie has a central role between the different services.

Sylvie did a Bachelor’s in speech and language therapy at Karel de Grote University College before turning to graphics and digital media.

She has always been fascinated by property and today, as Office Assistant at BelSquare, she is turning her passion into a career.

Steffi has always worked in the events and hospitality world with great enthusiasm and energy and 2 years ago she chose to work in the all-around administration.

Thanks to all her experiences, she is very good at supporting people, has strong organizational skills and speaks fluently ​Dutch, English and French.

Since May 2019 she has been using these qualities at BelSquare.
