Je beschikt over de volgende vaardigheden om uit te blinken in je rol als Valuation Assistant in Antwerpen:
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
- Je hebt een voldoende professioneel niveau in Engels.
- Je bent georganiseerd en houdt van multi-tasking.
- Je hebt een goed gevoel voor contact en service.
- Je bent proactief.
- Je bent autonoom, maar werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je bent op je gemak met IT-tools (Word, Excel,...).
- Je hebt een professioneel voorkomen.
- Een eerste werkervaring is een must.
- Ervaring in het vastgoed is een grote surplus.
U wordt betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van de activiteiten van het bedrijf.
Als Valuation Assistant in Antwerpen kan je je vaardigheden inzetten voor verschillende taken:
- Ondersteuning van de afdeling VALUATIONS (expertises):
- Afspraken maken voor plaatsbezoeken van de experten;
- Aanmaken nieuwe dossiers (server en kaftje);
- Beheer agenda van de Head of Valuations en de experten;
- Bevestiging afspraken + betalingsverzoek mailen alsook opvragen benodigde informatie voor de uitvoering van de dossiers;
- Up-to-date houden financieel overzicht afdeling Valuations;
- Facturatie: opmaak facturen en verzenden van facturen naar klanten;
- Overzicht dossiers (lijst) voor de banken;
- Opmaken van offertes;
- …
Office management (VALUATION + LETTING & SALES):
- Ontvangst van bezoekers en beheren van inkomende en uitgaande telefoons;
- Beheer van de mailbox van de dienst Valuations & Letting & Sales;
- Beheer van vergaderzaal + organisatie van meetings;
- Kantoorbenodigdheden en drank bestellen;
- Organisatie van de lunch voor evenementen;
- Algemeen beheer kantoor (contact poetsfirma, post verdelen,...).

Consultant Residential Real Estate

As a consultant you will be in contact with developers and will actively build a portfolio of residential assets for sale. This applies to both existing residential real estate but mostly new construction. In collaboration with BelSquare’s Capital Markets team you will search, advise and support potential clients. You have experience in professional real estate and providing high quality property valuations.
